Whether you are a defendant, victim, witness or simply attending to support someone else going to court can be a bewildering and sometimes frightening experience.
The Salvation Army has a presence in Court to help overcome some of the problems that arise when you go to court.
Our Service is free and our staff are trained personnel who want to make your visit to court as easily understood and non-threatening as possible.
We are not Lawyers and can not offer you legal advice. We can direct you to a duty solicitor, to advise you free of cost.
We offer you emotional support and practical assistance.
We are non-judgemental and offer our support to anyone who may require help.
