• Whether you are a defendant, victim, witness or simply attending to support someone else going to court can be a bewildering and sometimes frightening experience.

  • The Salvation Army has a presence in Court to help overcome some of the problems that arise when you go to court.

  • Our Service is free and our staff are trained personnel who want to make your visit to court as easily understood and non-threatening as possible.

  • We are not Lawyers and can not offer you legal advice. We can direct you to a duty solicitor, to advise you free of cost.

  • We offer you emotional support and practical assistance.

  • We are non-judgemental and offer our support to anyone who may require help.
